The campus director of Philippine Science High School — Cagayan Valley Campus was conferred the Career Executive Service Eligibility (CESE) by the Career Executive Service Board (CESB).

Mr. Erick John H. Marmol, Campus Director III of PSHS–CVC, received the conferment on November 16, 2022, by virtue of CESB Resolution Number 1657 series of 2022.

The resolution was approved by Hon. Karlo Alexei B. Nograles, the Chairperson of the CESB.

Mr. Marmol successfully completed the four-stage examination process which consisted of written examination, assessment center, performance validation, and panel interview.

“I also considered the 4–stage CES Eligibility examination process as an assessment for learning. In each stage, I tried my best to learn more about leadership and management and to equip myself with the necessary competencies to make sound and systematic decisions and actions for PSHS–CVC,” said Mr. Marmol.

He also expressed his gratitude for the support he gained from his family and colleagues.

I am thankful for the support of my former workplace, PSHS–CVC Community, PSHS–CVC ManCoM, Colleagues in the EXECOM, PSHS BOT, PSHS Executive Director Ma’am Lilia T. Habacon, my family and wife and to Almighty God,” he added.
