The office of the Secretary – Department of Science and Technology is looking for qualified personnel to fill up four (4) ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST and one (1) ASSISTANT SCIENTIST (Permanent) positions stated in the attached Annex.
Interested and qualified applicants may submit their requirements personally, through mail or online on or before 29 October 2021. For applications submitted online, it is expectec that original copies will be presented to the DOST–Office of the Undersecretary for R&D for verification within 10 calendar days. Only those applications with complete requirements as enumerated below shall be entertained.

- Personal Data Sheet(CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) with latest passport size ID picture & Work Experience sheet
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of Diploma
- Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility / Board Exam
- Certificate/s of Training, Seminars and Awards
- Performance Evaluation Rating in the last period or its equivalent
- Certificate of Previous Employment with No Pending Administrative Change
- Copy of valid NBI Clearance
