Expect. Employ. Empower. Just Journalism prevailed in this year's journalism summit.

With the mutual passion to amend journalistic skills in both radio broadcasting and collaborative publishing, selected Philippine Science High School scholars from Batanes to Jolo took part in Journalism Summit 3.0 at Eagle Ridge Resort, Ulas, Davao City last September 2–5, 2015.

Four campus journalists and school paper advisers from all campuses except PSHS–CALABARZON joined the four–day seminar workshop hosted by Southern Mindanao Campus.

Mr. Richard Apresto, NSPC judge, offered lectures concerning radio broadcasting and script writing while Mr. Aries Oliveros and Jerry Noven, school paper advisers of Central Luzon Campus and Bicol Region Campus respectively, discussed the basic of collaborative publishing and emphasized the do's and don'ts in lay–outing.

"Gusto ko yung time na nagwork yung different groups from different campuses kasi dito nakita yung bond ng isa't isa kahit na hindi pa lubos na kilala," said Clarence Eugenio, PSHS–Cagayan Valley scholar–participant.

The first night opened the opportunity for summit participants to acquaint themselves with co–writers from varying campuses.

The last day was reserved for finalization of outputs and the closing program.

The next journalism summit is expected to take place at Central Visayas Campus according to the advisers.
