As the sole graduate who obtained With Highest Honors in his class, Ralph Justine idio graduated top scholar and led batch 2015: Udivitel'nym Pobedili during the PSHS–CVC 16th Commencement Exercises, April 8, 2015.

Seventeen (17) scholars were also awarded With High Honors plum.

The list included Frinzer Lucky M. Simplina, Ciara Beatrice B. CaƱalita, Hana Renzsie R. Grospe, Ma. Oliva Nicole L. Daquioag, Mariah Toni Nyva S. Labasan, Jaurine Fei L. Agrimor, Janford B. Galano, Patrice S. Bumanlag, Nathan Oscar T. Rosimo, Evan Alexis A. Clarion, Patricia Nicole S. Narvadez, Niquitta B. Galap, Shanna Lei C. Ramil, Aeron Rai B. Roque, Francisgerard A. Aguilar, Jasmin Kisha Angela B. Lugo and Sally Joy D. Gano.

Idio was also awarded proficiency in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Simplina got proficiency in English and Filipino; CaƱalita got Computer Science, Alyssa Joselle Alba in Research, Shanna Lei Ramil in Arts, Narvadez in Social Science, Ma. Mikaela Angelika Sto. Tomas in English Journalism, Alliah Macato in Flipino Journalism, and Patrice Bumanlag and Ymmanuel Gaffud in Physical Education.

The DOST Secretary Award was conferred to Mariah Toni Nyva Labasan while the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award was achieved by Janford Galano.

"Your willingness and humility to be molded and changed to become a better person will mold your character and attitude. as one author says, your attitude determines your altitude, "Dr. Ryan Cabatic", the Executive Director of PSHSS, concluded in his inspirational message.

According to batch 2015, Udivitel'nym i Pobedili "Udi" means awesome and victorious.
